Western Oklahoma State College Opens 2026 Season with Strong Finish at ACUI Lower Midwest Championships
The 2026 shooting sports season opened on a high note for Western Oklahoma State College, as the team delivered an outstanding performance at the ACUI Lower Midwest Conference Championships in San Antonio, Texas.
Western Oklahoma State College finished the competition as Classic All-Around Runner-Ups, marking a strong start to the season against a competitive conference field.
In women's individual competition, Emily Robertson earned the title of Classic All-Around Champion, while Bayleefollowed closely behind, finishing as the Classic All-Around Runner-Up. The duo continued to post strong results across multiple events throughout the championship.
In Skeet Doubles, Baylee captured a first-place finish, while Robertson tied for seventh place. In Sporting Clays, Robertson earned a third-place finish, adding another podium result for the Lady Pioneers. Both Baylee and Robertson tied for fourth place in Skeet, while Robertson placed sixth in Trap and Baylee finished tied for ninth.
On the men's side, Alex represented Western Oklahoma State College in Skeet Doubles, finishing tied for eighth against a deep field of competitors.
