Coach Casaundra Gardner
Casaundra Gardner brings over two decades of cheerleading experience and a deep passion for athlete development to Western Oklahoma State College. She cheered for 21 years, participating in little league, school, and competitive cheer programs throughout her career.
Casaundra is entering her 14th year of coaching, working with athletes in both competitive cheer and tumbling. Before joining Western, she spent over five years coaching at Rebel Yell Athletics—now known as Cheer Athletics Fort Worth, where she gained valuable experience developing athletes in one of the nation’s most competitive All-Star cheer environments.
In 2025, Casaundra moved to Altus, Oklahoma to join the Altus Cheer Force staff and continues to help grow the program while developing athletes of all ages and skill levels. She also serves as the Volunteer Assistant Cheer Coach at Western Oklahoma State College, helping train and mentor athletes at the collegiate level.
